• Illegal Logging Prohibition Amendment (Strengthening Measures to Prevent Illegal Timber Trade) Bill 2024 - in Committee - Supplying illegally logged timber

Description

 •
Nick McKim

 •
by leave—I move Greens amendments (1) and (2) standing in my name on sheet 2646 together:

 • The majority voted against [amendments](https://www.openaustralia.org.au/senate/?gid=2024-09-09.48.24) introduced by Tasmanian Senator [Nick McKim](https://theyvoteforyou.org.au/people/senate/tasmania/nick_mckim) (Greens), which means they failed. The amendments would have created an offence of supplying illegally logged timber.
