- The majority voted in favour of a [motion](https://www.openaustralia.org.au/senate/?id=2024-02-07.145.2) introduced at the request of NSW Senator [Perin Davey](https://theyvoteforyou.org.au/people/senate/nsw/perin_davey) (Nationals):
- > *That on Wednesday, 7 February 2023, general business notice of motion no. 453, standing in the name of Senator Davey relating to a request to the Auditor-General to perform a comprehensive review and analysis of all water recovery programs:*

- > *(b) have precedence over all other business; and*
