  • The majority voted against amendments (1) to (3) on [sheet 1443](https://parlinfo.aph.gov.au/parlInfo/search/display/display.w3p;query=Id%3A%22legislation%2Famend%2Fr6725_amend_ebf32a7d-3003-40d8-8d98-4ba9a9d38f00%22), moved by Tasmanian Senator [Nick McKim](https://theyvoteforyou.org.au/people/senate/tasmania/nick_mckim) (Greens), which means the amendments failed. The amendments concerned adding a framework review and a [sunset clause](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sunset_provision).
