This means that the [Ministerial Suitability Commission of Inquiry Bill 2021](https://www.aph.gov.au/Parliamentary_Business/Bills_Legislation/Bills_Search_Results/Result?bId=s1300) will not be referred to the [Legal and Constitutional Affairs Legislation Committee](https://www.aph.gov.au/Parliamentary_Business/Committees/Senate/Legal_and_Constitutional_Affairs) for inquiry.
