<p>I move:</p>
<p class="italic">  (1) That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Prime Minister, by no later than 7:20 pm on 25 February 2020, the final report provided by the Secretary of the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, Mr Phillip Gaetjens, to the Prime Minister in relation to the application of the Statement of Ministerial Standards to the former Minister for Sport's award of funding under the Community Sport Infrastructure Program.</p>
- The majority voted in favour of a [motion](https://www.openaustralia.org.au/senate/?id=2020-02-25.151.2) introduced by Victorian Senator [Janet Rice](https://theyvoteforyou.org.au/people/senate/victoria/janet_rice) (Greens), which means it passed and the information will need to be provided to the Senate.

- > *(2) In the event the Minister fails to table the report, the Senate requires the Minister representing the Prime Minister to attend the Senate on 26 February 2020, prior to government business being called on, to provide an explanation, of no more than 10 minutes, of the Government's failure to table the report.*

- > *(3) Any Senator may move to take note of the explanation required by paragraph (2).*

- > *(4) Any motion under paragraph (3) shall have precedence over all government business until determined, and senators may speak to the motion for not more than 10 minutes each.*

<p>The Senate has already dealt with this matter and the government has provided its response. As is longstanding practice, the government has made a claim of public interest immunity regarding cabinet documents. There have been no changes in circumstances which would require a change to that response.</p>
