<p class="speaker">Richard Di Natale</p><p>I move:</p><p class="italic">(1) That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for the Environment, by not later than 5 calendar months after each:</p>- The majority voted in favour of a motion to produce the quarterly update of Australia's National Greenhouse Gas Inventory. This means the Minister for the Environment will have to provide this inventory to the Senate.

- > *(1) That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for the Environment, by not later than 5 calendar months after each:*
- >> *(a) 31 March;*
- >> *(b) 30 June;*
- >> *(c) 30 September; and*
- >> *(d) 31 December*
- > *the quarterly update of Australia's National Greenhouse Gas Inventory.*
- > *(2) If the Senate is not sitting when a quarterly update is ready for presentation, the statement is to be presented to the President under standing order 166.*
- > *(3) This order is of continuing effect.*
