Motions — Higher Education: Student Services Amenities Fee
- Motions - Higher Education - Repeal Student Services Amenities Fee
Description

Cory Bernardi

Yes. The third time strikes a charm! I move:

That the Senate supports repealing the Student Services Amenities Fee.

- The majority voted against a [motion](http://www.openaustralia.org.au/senate/?id=2017-11-14.136.1) to repeal the [Student Services Amenities Fee](https://www.education.gov.au/student-services-and-amenities-fee), which means it failed. It was introduced by Senator [Cory Bernardi](https://theyvoteforyou.org.au/people/senate/sa/cory_bernardi).
- ### Motion text
- > *That the Senate supports repealing the Student Services Amenities Fee.*

James McGrath

I seek leave to make a short statement.

Scott Ryan

Leave is granted for one minute.

James McGrath

Scott Ryan

The question is that notice of motion No. 549, standing in the name of Senator Bernardi, be agreed to.
