<p class="speaker">Milton Dick</p><p>In accordance with standing order 133, I shall now proceed to put the question on the motion moved at the previous sitting by the honourable member for Fadden on which a division was called for and deferred in accordance with the standing order. No further debate is allowed. The question is that the motion be disagreed to.</p>-
- The majority voted in favour of *disagreeing* with a [motion](https://www.openaustralia.org.au/debates/?id=2023-02-07.111.1) to disallow the [Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Amendment (Annual Members ' Meetings Notices) Regulations 2022](https://www.legislation.gov.au/Details/F2022L01162), which means the motion failed. This means the Regulations would remain as part of law.
