  • The majority voted in favour of a [motion](https://www.openaustralia.org.au/debates/?id=2022-09-08.114.1) to agree with an amendment made by the Senate. This means that that amendment - which relates to the prescribed functions of ARENA - will now be part of the [bill](https://www.aph.gov.au/Parliamentary_Business/Bills_Legislation/Bills_Search_Results/Result?bId=r6886).
