<p class="speaker">Llew O'Brien</p><p>In accordance with standing order 133, I shall now proceed to put the question on the motion moved earlier today by the honourable member for Hindmarsh on which a division was called for and deferred in accordance with standing orders. No further debate is allowed.</p> <p class="speaker">Tony Smith</p>- The majority voted in favour of *disagreeing* with a [motion](https://www.openaustralia.org.au/debates/?id=2020-10-27.6.2) introduced by the MP for Hindmarsh [Mark Butler](https://theyvoteforyou.org.au/people/representatives/hindmarsh/mark_butler) (Labor), which means it failed and the Instrument will remain in legal force.
