These motions are known as 'gagging' orders.

It's colour coded corruption and it goes right to the Prime Minister's office—</p> <p class="speaker">Tony Smith</p><p>I haven't called the Leader of the House yet. I'm going to make clear to all members that, for the Leader of the House to move this motion, that someone be no longer heard, they actually have to have said something so that they can be no longer heard. That's why I needed to hear first from the seconder. I now call the Leader of the House.</p> <p class="speaker">Christian Porter</p><p>I move:</p><p class="italic">That the Member be no longer heard.</p> <p class="speaker">Tony Smith</p><p>The question is that the member be no longer heard.</p>
