This means that the bill will now go to the Senate, where they can decide whether to also pass it so it can become law.

<p>I speak briefly to the motion to note that the Labor Party voted against the entirety of this bill on the second reading, notwithstanding their statement that they supported every aspect of it, except the two-out-of-three amendment. I do draw the House's attention to that fact.</p>
